Online Web Manager
Login to the online web manager interface to:
- Read your email online
- Add, modify and delete email accounts
- View online web traffic statistics
Your Online Web Manager is located on your web site by typing in your URL followed by a front slash and the letters dv as follows:
http://www.yourdomain.com/dv
where 'yourdomain' is replaced with your actual domain name, and .com is replaced with the 3-letter extension associated with your domain name (i.e. .net, .com, org, .us, biz, .info).
Login Troubleshooting
When logging into your account manager for the first time, you may be transferred to an interface called NTAH and the login will fail. This is a security measure implemented by Microsoft for their web browser Internet Explorer (IE). You need to change your security settings to accept NTAH as a secure site. (NTAH is the server, and indeed, it's safe to access across files on our servers.) Here's how to add NTAH to your secure web sites list on IE:
- In your browser window, click on "Tools" and select "Internet Options". A new window will open.
- In the new window, click the tab labeled "Security".
- Click the green circle labeled "Trusted Sites".
- Click the button labeled "Sites...".
- In the field, under the heading "Add this site to the web zone", type the following: http://www.ntah.net
- Click the button "Add". The address will now appear in the 'web sites' field.
- If there is a check mark in the the box labeled "Require server verification (https) for all sites in this zone", uncheck it.
- Click "Okay" and that window will close.
- Click "Okay" to close the final window and return to your browser (IE) window.
- Refresh your browser window (IE) and re-enter your login information.
You should only have to do this one time for each computer that you use to access your control panel. However, should you need to re-install software or make other changes to the software or configuration of your computer, you may have to set your security settings to include NTAH again.
